Beautiful. I've felt a bit alone in finding myself habitually discerning the cascading yang/yin, masculine/feminine, right/left cascade that creates and distributes meaning to everything we see.

It's one of the most reliable and formidable tools I've yet found and I don't plan on ever putting it down. Thanks for casting some real light on this!

My pleasure! It's a classical tool. It's kind of funny that it's as forgotten today as it is!

In what ways have you found it formidable? I'm curious to hear how you've applied it.

Oof, it's not only forgotten but genuinely opposed by the default Scientism zeitgeist! Clearly just a reductive, weak way to view things, as far as most are concerned when I reflect investigations and insights through the dancing binary lens. Even when they don't say anything, I can watch the unfamiliar eyes glaze over as I try to bring light to an quick, insightful cascade about the structure of the topic at hand when they've never validated the basics for themselves.

Hrm.. I really think it goes so deep. The whole experience of the universe(through this masculine/left-brain/yang vision) is a marriage of the masculine and feminine, is it not? Right and left brain, unifying opposing methods in the corpus callosum, then reversing in how they handle the opposing left and right hand side of the body mirroring the yin/yang dance of the above to the below, the spirit to the physical.

Each man and woman incarnating the powers of both elements favoring different sides at different layers of their being making all the perceived narrative color we necessarily get lost in, yet truly, biologically committed to one at the deepest level, no matter how varied we personally shake up that experience for greater knowledge. Each being all but entirely, truly unknowable to the other, yet the seemingly the only reason we're here: the impossible knowing of our opposite. An endless approximation.

The pretty absolute feminine nature of fruits relative to other foods, being generally sweet, round, inviting, ovaries of plants, yet relative to 🍑's, 🍌's are all but entirely masculine. These are the easy examples, but every item can been discerned down to it's stack of masculine and feminine divergence from its environment at each level. Amplitude vs frequency, transverse vs longitudal waves, melody vs harmony.

Orienting to these notions brings so much clarity on decision making and digging at a solution that may flow rather than meet with the same energy and necessarily invoke war.

So to answer your question: all the things 🌈⛅
